All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We aim to provide you with a fast, high-quality service, so any products you order are immediately sent for production. Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalization has been misspelled due to an error made by you.
On the website, there are lots of opportunities to amend, remove and add items, so the chance of an error is small. We can assist with making changes to order quantities or shipping addreses until 10PM MY time on the day the order was placed. Please contact/message us who will be happy to assist.
We generally do not accept returns on customized products unless the product differs materially from what was ordered on the site or it is otherwise flawed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of 7 days.
In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. This can be done via contact form or email to contact us.
Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your order. Upon receipt, we will verify that all of the goods in your original order are included with the return and that the goods are in good physical condition.
The customer is responsible for any freight and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to AA Thoughtfulgift. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. AA Thoughtfulgift Sdn. Bhd. will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange. AA Thoughtfulgift Sdn. Bhd. will be responsible for the courier charges involved in returning the goods back to the customer.
